Mr. Sayegh is the managing partner for The Foxx Firm. His focus is in the area of Criminal Law, Entertainment Law and Special Events.
CRIMINAL DEFENSE:
Mr. Sayegh is an experienced and fierce criminal defense attorney. Mr. Sayegh is passionate about his cases and his strategic when breaking down his client’s case, by exploring all possible defenses and by never quitting until he gets a just and fair resolution.
Mr. Sayegh has successfully defended hundreds of clients in state courts throughout Southern California charged with of misdemeanors, felonies, and DUI cases including Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Ventura, Riverside, San Diego, and Orange County.
He has vast experience in working cases through all stages of prosecution including: investigation, filing, office hearing, demurrer, arraignment, bail hearing, pre-trial, pre-trial motions, motion to suppress evidence, preliminary hearing, arraignment on the information, motion to set aside the information, sentencing and in many cases through jury trial. He has also handles post-conviction matters including monitoring defendants and their conditions of probation, probation violation hearings, motions to modify probation, motions to terminate probation, and motions to set aside pleas and expunge.
Mr. Sayegh is a member of California Attorneys for Criminal Justice and Nation Organization for the Reformation of Marijuana Laws.
MEDICAL MARIJUANA
Mr. Sayegh specializes in medical marijuana issues including medical marijuana dispensaries, collectives, cooperatives and caregivers. He handles conditional use permits, nonprofits, planning and zoning. He has also represented hundreds of clients charged with marijuana possession, sales, cultivation and transportation.

Mr. Sayegh brings an unusual twist to the practice of entertainment law, by being able to consult clients, not only in a legal fashion, but to advise and assist in all of entertainment by honing in his 15 years of music experience in the industry.
Mr. Sayegh works with domestic and international bands, DJ's, artists, songwriters, producers, publishers, managers, comedians, independent and major record labels and record companies, songwriter organizations, internet and new media companies, magazines, video companies, BMI, ASCAP and SESAC.He negotiates and drafts recording, production, publishing, songwriter, management, producer, soundtrack, video, partnership, agency, investor, endorsement, licensing, merchandising, performance, touring, internet, new media, film, motion picture, television contracts, agreements and deals. He negotiates and procures record deals, publishing agreements and licensing for artists.
While at Whittier law School, he was President of the Entertainment Law Society for three years, winner of Entertainment Law Student of the Year, and received a specialized certification in Intellectual Property and Entertainment Law, which emphasizes Entertainment Law, Copyright, Trademark, Patent Litigation, and Sports Law.
Mr. Sayegh is a member of the Beverly Hills Bar Association Entertainment Law Section, Los Angeles Bar Association Entertainment Law Section, American Intellectual Property Association, Los Angeles Intellectual Property Association, Recording Industry Professionals of America, and The California Lawyers.
