Freddy Sayegh is an American criminal defense and entertainment attorney, and the managing partner at The Foxx Firm, Inc., located in Los Angeles, California. He has spent the last decade on the front lines fighting for justice in nearly every single state and federal court in California. Mr. Sayegh has appeared in The New York Times, B.B.C., USA Today, The Los Angeles Times, CNN, NBC, CBS, Fox News, TMZ, E! and others.

He has successfully defended hundreds of defendants charged with marijuana violations, including dispensaries, co-ops, cultivators and patients. He was the Key note speaker in 2013 for Hempcon, guest speaker at Kush Expo, The National Marijuana Business Expo, Cannabis Career Institute and at the Medical Cannabis Caregivers Institute. He is general counsel for the Cannabis Workers Union and Med-Box. In 2010 he published the California Cultivators Defense Manual.
