Attorney F. Freddy Sayegh is a graduate of Whittier Law School and the founder and managing partner of The Foxx Firm. Mr. Sayegh is also highly experienced in matters relating to medical marijuana, including defense against criminal prosecution and dispensary legal compliance. He has successfully defended hundreds of cases relating to marijuana violations, including dispensaries, co-ops, cultivators, and patients. Mr. Sayegh was the key-note speaker in 2013 for Hempcon, a guest speaker at the National Marijuana Business Conference, and a lecturer at both the Cannabis Career Institute and the Medical Cannabis Caregivers Institute. He is general counsel for the Cannabis Workers Union, Med-Box, and over thirty licensed California mutual benefit collectives and dispensaries.
